As a Car Wash Attendant, you are the face of Autowash24. You’ll guide customers through the wash process, ensure the machines are running smoothly, and deliver a friendly, professional experience every time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment — perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the wash bay safely and efficiently
- Perform manual wipe-downs and finishing touches during staffed hours
- Monitor equipment and report any issues promptly
- Keep the outlet clean, tidy and well-presented at all times
- Handle basic customer queries and resolve issues professionally
What We Look For

- No prior experience required — full training provided
Ready to take the next step? As a Senior Attendant or Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of your outlet’s daily operations, support junior staff, and help ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Ideal for someone who has experience in a customer-facing or operational role and wants more responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations during your shift
- Train and support new team members
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are met
- Handle escalated customer feedback and resolve issues on the spot
- Coordinate with management on stock, equipment and scheduling
What We Look For
- 1+ year in a customer service or operations role
- Natural leader who motivates and supports the team
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages a bonus)
- Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail
- Prior car wash or retail experience is an advantage
A customer-first role focused on making every visit smooth and enjoyable. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assist with payments and queries, and help maintain the high standards our regulars have come to expect. Great for someone with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a busy, people-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the outlet
- Help customers with payment kiosks, add-on selections and queries
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and equipment readiness
- Assist with basic admin and daily reporting
- Support the team during peak periods
What We Look For
- Warm, approachable personality with a helpful attitude
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin or Malay is a bonus
- Basic digital literacy (phone, tablet, POS systems)
- Available on weekends and/or public holidays
- No experience required — training provided
