Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any Autowash24 outlet or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Autowash24 operates automated car wash facilities at three locations in Singapore (AMK, Changi, Ubi). Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff are on-site from 1pm to 1am (with individual outlet rest days).

3. Payment

• We accept PayNow and GrabPay only. Cash is not accepted.
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of prevailing GST.
• Payments are processed at the kiosk before the wash begins. All sales are final.

4. Membership eWallet

• eWallet credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
• Credits are valid at all 3 Autowash24 outlets.
• Top-up bonus credits are granted subject to the current promotional rates, which may change without prior notice.
• eWallet balances are non-refundable except at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
• Autowash24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be abused.

5. Vehicle Use and Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is suitable for our wash bays before use.
• Follow all on-site instructions and signage at all times.
• Autowash24 accepts no liability for pre-existing damage to vehicles.
• In the unlikely event our equipment causes damage to your vehicle during a wash, report it to staff immediately. Claims made after leaving the premises cannot be entertained.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Autowash24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific wash service in question.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Tamper with or damage any equipment on our premises
• Use the facilities in a manner that endangers yourself or others
• Misuse the Membership eWallet system

Violators may be banned from our premises and reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Autowash24 website including text, images, logos and graphics are owned by or licensed to Autowash24. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be posted at autowash24.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
